About The Position

Lineage is hiring for warehouse positions at its Bedford Park location: Case Picker / High Reach Forklift Driver, Forklift Driver, and Logistics Associate. Candidates can meet the team and interview in person during the open interview event on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 7035 W 65th Street, Bedford Park, Illinois. Qualified candidates may receive an offer on the spot. Applicants must complete an application before interviewing and qualified applicants will be contacted with an interview time. The Case Picker / High Reach Forklift Driver role pays $22 per hour and is available on first, second, and third shifts; previous high-reach forklift experience is required. The Forklift Driver role pays $21 per hour and is available on first and second shifts; previous forklift experience is required. The Logistics Associate role pays $21–$24 per hour, is available on first shift, and requires previous experience with exports and/or meat production. Second- and third-shift positions receive a $1.50 shift differential. The stated general pay range is $16.97–$28.65. Basic requirements include basic math skills, the ability to understand work instructions, the ability to lift at least 40 pounds, comfort working in cold storage temperatures and varying noise levels, and flexibility to work weekends if needed.
