Requirements

Flexible and available to work all shifts (day, evening, night, and weekend).
High school diploma (5th year) or equivalent.
Motivated and engaged.
Interest in teamwork.
Respect for health and safety standards and food safety.
Willingness to collaborate and take on responsibilities.
Physical work abilities (standing work and lifting loads up to 50 pounds).
Factory work experience.
Comfortable with technology (Computers, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).

Responsibilities

Accomplish activities related to cheese production, manufacturing, and packaging.
Ensure maintenance and sanitation of equipment.
Prepare work areas.
Respect and apply all factory policies and procedures (HACCP, Health and Safety, etc.).
