Requirements

  • Communicate positively, do not denigrate coworkers, propose solutions to problems instead of only reporting what doesn't work. Promote a positive image of Kerry, endorse management's requests and vision.
  • The manufacturing agent works under minimal supervision; they must demonstrate autonomy in managing their time and tasks.
  • Computer knowledge; the agent must be able to navigate a web environment and use the weighing software in place.
  • Teamwork.
  • Know measurement units and be able to handle a scale.
  • Be able to handle weights of approximately 20 kg on a regular basis.
  • Hold a forklift operation certification or experience.
  • Hold a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

  • Respect good manufacturing practices, health and safety, environmental practices, and all other established rules or work methods. Report anomalies or non-compliance with these rules through observation cards or other communication channels.
  • Ensure that their workspace is kept in order according to 5S rules and cleanliness standards, clean the workspace and equipment used during the shift.
  • Manufacture flavors by following operating procedures, report any suggestions for improvement of the operating procedure to the supervisor.
  • Package manufactured products as needed.
  • Use the weighing software in place.
  • Assist other manufacturing agents.
  • Follow required training.
  • Participate in plant improvement projects.
