About The Position

The role of the aide-operator is to assist the operator and the team leader in all stages of production. Contribute as a team member to achieving the company's objectives. Feed the machine with raw materials; Inspect our products according to our quality standards; Work daily according to our Health and Safety standards and practices; Bring ideas for improving work methods to improve our practices; Ensure the cleanliness of their work environment; Perform minor mechanical adjustments; Participate in machine maintenance (cleaning); Repackage certain products; Other related tasks.

Requirements

• Possess a DES (high school diploma)
• Ability to handle pallet trucks, hoists, overhead cranes, and other related tools
• Skills in basic technical and mechanical problem-solving and good analytical skills
• Flexibility regarding schedules (12-hour shifts on rotation or 8-hour day/evening/night shifts)
• Ease of learning
• Good manual dexterity
