About The Position

This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various types of printing equipment used to produce printed materials on paper and other substrates. The role requires maintaining a safe work environment while following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. The Team Member is responsible for monitoring equipment performance and promptly notifying the supervisor of any operational issues, malfunctions, or safety concerns.

Requirements

6 points or less with no suspensions in last 12 months will be considered.
New hires must complete their initial 90-day probationary period.
Must be able and willing to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Must be able and willing to work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from 28°F to 45°F.
Must be able and willing to bend, twist, reach, and move throughout the department during the work shift.
Must be able and willing to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
Must be able and willing to stand and walk for extended periods while performing daily job duties.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain various types of printing equipment used in the production of printed materials on paper and other substrates.
Monitor equipment during operation to ensure consistent quality output and efficient performance.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions, production issues, or safety concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
Work safely at all times around moving machinery and production equipment.
Follow all established operational procedures to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
