About The Position

The Op Mondini/Risco Operator sets up, operates, and maintains printing equipment used to produce printed materials on paper and other substrates. The role monitors equipment performance to support consistent quality and efficient production, performs routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting, and reports operational issues, malfunctions, production concerns, and safety issues to a supervisor. The Team Member must maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and follow company policies, procedures, operational requirements, and safety standards. The job is at the Goodlettsville Case Rdy Plant and is scheduled Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Pay is $22.10 per hour. Applicants must meet internal eligibility requirements stated in the posting; this position is intended for Team Members currently working at the facility or complex.

Requirements

Must be willing and able to work in a cold environment with temperatures ranging from 28°F to 45°F.
Must be willing and able to bend, twist, reach, and move throughout the department during the shift.
Must be willing and able to work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
Must be willing and able to stand and walk for extended periods while performing daily duties.
Successful candidates must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
For internal applicants: six points or less and no suspensions in the last 12 months; new hires must complete their initial 90-day probationary period.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain printing equipment used to produce printed materials on paper and other substrates.
Monitor equipment during operation to ensure consistent quality output and efficient performance.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on printing equipment as needed.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Promptly report equipment malfunctions, production issues, and safety concerns to the supervisor.
Work safely around moving machinery and production equipment.
Follow established operational procedures to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
