Solventum is a new healthcare company with a long legacy of solving big challenges that improve lives and help healthcare professionals perform at their best. At Solventum, people are at the heart of every innovation we pursue. Guided by empathy, insight, and clinical intelligence, we collaborate with the best minds in healthcare to address our customers’ toughest challenges. As a subject matter expert for outpatient CDI, this role will define and own the product vision and roadmap for outpatient CDI solutions aligned with organizational goals and market needs. The role involves identifying growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, regulatory changes (e.g., CMS guidelines), and customer feedback, and providing product P&L and growth projections to leadership. The Product Manager will serve as the subject matter expert in outpatient CDI workflows, risk adjustment, HCC capture, and coding compliance. This role will translate business requirements into product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria, partnering with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases. The Product Manager will prioritize the backlog based on client needs, ROI, and strategic objectives, oversee efforts with product owners and development teams to define, prioritize, and lead execution of the product roadmap, and lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning. Additionally, the role will oversee and direct product documentation, training, and implementation requirements for internal stakeholders. Collaboration with clinical, coding, sales, and customer success teams is essential to define product requirements, and direct engagement with clients (CDI specialists, coders, physicians) is required to gather insights and validate solutions. The role will also support sales efforts with product demonstrations, RFP responses, and thought leadership, and oversee and direct Solution Advisor activities in collaboration with the Solution Advisor Manager. Ensuring product alignment with outpatient documentation standards, CMS regulations, and payer requirements, and monitoring industry changes affecting outpatient CDI, including risk adjustment models and ambulatory quality measures, are key responsibilities. Compliance best practices will be incorporated into product design. Performance and analytics involve defining KPIs and success metrics (e.g., query rates, HCC capture, provider response time), analyzing product usage and outcomes to drive continuous improvement, and leveraging data to identify gaps and inform roadmap priorities.
