About The Position

Lyra Clinical Associates P.C. partners with Lyra Health, a leading provider of mental health solutions. This onsite opportunity requires a generalist scope of practice to support employees through a wide variety of work or personal challenges. The customer is a dynamic organization, and their specific support needs may evolve. The contracted hours are 8 hours per week, with a requested schedule of Tuesday and Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm, though this can be flexible. The role involves providing short-term, evidence-based treatment from a private, on-site office, conducting manager and clinical consultations, and supporting urgent assessments as needed. Adherence to confidentiality, compliance with laws and regulations, and professional standards are crucial. The therapist will coordinate with Lyra team members and the employer's key contact, develop and facilitate psychoeducational trainings, and participate in customer-sponsored events. The Lyra platform will be used for care documentation and schedule management.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC) or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology from an accredited college or university
  • Unrestricted license (i.e., able to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current, past, or pending disciplinary action
  • Skilled in exclusively providing evidence-based treatments (e.g., CBT, DBT, Exposure therapy)
  • Experience with employee population is primarily manufacturing
  • Previous experience delivering trainings, teaching, or public speaking
  • Full-time resident of the United States

Responsibilities

  • Provide short-term, evidence-based treatment
  • Conduct manager and clinical consultations
  • Support urgent or same-day assessments as needed and when available
  • Conscientious adherence to confidentiality issues, and the ability to act in compliance with local laws, regulations, and appropriate industry guidelines
  • Comply with professional standards and workplace safety
  • Coordinate and effectively communicate with Lyra team members and the employer's key contact
  • Develop and facilitate brief psychoeducational trainings or “lunch and learns” to employees (in collaboration with the employer and Lyra)
  • Participate in customer-sponsored events such as tabling events, customer-driven Lyra marketing opportunities, or customer-sponsored initiatives
  • Leverage the Lyra platform as the standardized tool for care documentation and schedule management to ensure program consistency
