About The Position

Malone is actively recruiting a reliable and organized Onsite Specialist to join our team. If you are passionate about working with clients and employees, building relationships, leading others and operationally focused, we would love to hear from you. The Onsite Specialist is primarily responsible for managing daily activities at the client site, providing administrative support, outstanding customer service, along with fostering a positive relationship with the client. This includes overseeing completion of operational tasks in a timely manner according to client specifications.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license
Must have customer service experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
Must be able to work 40 hours a week

Nice To Haves

Experience in recruitment or staffing industry is preferred
Experience in leadership, management is preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with checking in new hires on their start date
Recruit and Source candidates
Conduct observations of temporary associates to ensure safety and best practices are followed
Provide feedback to temporary associates
Address any performance or attitude concerns of temporary associates
Orientate new employees on company policies and safety expectations
Build relationships with client, as well as on-site employees
Maintain and present weekly reports to leadership
