We are looking for an Audio Visual On Site Support Specialist in Bentonville, AR whose attitude, skills, and work ethic will embody our mission “to provide a fantastic customer experience.” Somebody who is passionate about AV, whether you are the go-to expert in your home, school, or church, and can always find a solution to any AV problem. We will provide the necessary training, support, and work environment to help you succeed. Requirements

  • You can work independently with minimal guidance, but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and can be the face of our company to our clients.
  • Customer Service Experience: A must!
  • Attitude and Aptitude: Are key! We need someone who is eager to learn and comes to work ready to tackle any situation.
  • AV/Live Event Experience: Must have experience supporting, implementing, and maintaining video conferences using Polycom conferencing systems

Nice To Haves

  • Minimum 3 years installing AV systems
  • AVIXA CTS Certification
  • Education: Associates degree, we take into account your experience/skill level and what you bring to the table as an individual.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to operate and maintain AV gear
  • Ability to set up and moderate executive-level meetings
  • Ability to install AV systems.
  • Ability to provide break/fix support as well as preventative maintenance inspections.
  • Ability to work in ceilings, on ladders or lifts.
  • Comprehension of wiring schematics and architectural drawings
  • Experience with or basic understanding of test equipment
  • Perform cable pull paths, diagnose structural/room interior for efficient and optimum installations and terminate audio and video cables.
