About The Position

The On-Site Manager is responsible for ensuring all facets of Masis Staffing Solutions On-Site office are executed with the highest quality service in partnership with the client. This role maintains a direct relationship with department leads, supervisors, and the management team, aiming to grow the client relationship by providing creative solutions for their contingent workforce. The On-Site Manager effectively supervises Masis Staffing Solutions employees and temporary associates to ensure optimal working conditions, compliance, recordkeeping, production, and good employee relations. This position contributes to efficient Masis operations by performing duties accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of high volume recruiting in a staffing agency setting.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of account management and cultivating relationships.
  • Bilingual

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the requisition of temporary employment.
  • Ensure timely expedition of orders with the Masis Staffing Solutions branch office to meet fulfillment standards.
  • Ensure all temporary associates work, arrive on time, and properly document their times.
  • Expedite orders with Masis Staffing Solutions team members to reduce cycle time to fill orders.
  • Coordinate temporary associate recognition programs to boost morale and increase retention.
  • Conduct temporary associate orientation on an as-needed basis and required performance checks as appropriate.
  • Act as a liaison between temporary associates and client supervisors to resolve issues, productivity concerns, or other arising problems.
  • Maintain close contact with key principles at the account to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Build top-of-mind awareness through in-person visits to foster a consultative relationship and increase business with the on-site.
  • Consistently exceed client and talent expectations and stay ahead of the staffing industry by offering innovative, creative, and effective employment solutions.
  • Perform data entry into Masis Staffing Solutions proprietary employee/applicant tracking system, maintain accurate records, and keep the system current.
  • Coordinate drug testing and fitness determination appointments.
  • Manage and maintain a professional working relationship with all client managers and temporary associates.
  • Provide telephone and walk-in applicant screening services for customers upon request.
  • Handle telephone calls in a timely and professional manner at all times.
  • Respond to all requests from Supervisors.
  • Perform other duties as requested.
