About The Position
Fluidstack is building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI and is singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else. The Construction Team is responsible for delivering one of the largest data center buildouts of its kind, with many sites running at once. This role will own the site schedule in P6, build it with the field, update it from the field, and keep it honest. It involves running weekly lookaheads with superintendents and GCs, analyzing float, logic, and progress to flag slips, and tying the schedule to commissioning sequences to drive construction priorities.
Requirements
- Scheduled large industrial or mission critical construction in P6, on site, not from an office.
- Build schedules from crew logic, not templates.
- Spot a bad progress update and challenge it with data.
- Communicate schedule risk in plain language a superintendent will act on.
