About The Position

Eclipse Advantage is looking for an On-Site Manager based in Fontana, CA to join our team in the growth of its supply chain people solutions business. The On-Site Manager position acts as an extension of our client’s HR team by helping to recruit and manage the hourly workforce. On a daily basis you will work side-by-side with our client’s supervisory team to ensure that workforce solutions are implemented to grow the business to its full potential. This is a First Shift role with a start time of 7am (flexibility needed based on business needs), Monday through Friday.

Requirements

  • 2-5 plus years of Recruiting experience required.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in a discrete and professional manner.
  • Strong customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to work well as part of a team
  • Must be able to work in the US

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of Management experience preferred.
  • Flexibility with schedule, potential overtime, as determined by Upper Management.
  • Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client of Onsite location.
  • Establish a good working relationship with multiple contacts within client to include HR, Production and facilities.
  • Achieve hiring objectives of client, establish recruiting requirements, and develop candidate database.
  • Manage a multi-shift workforce, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations and any office managerial duties.
  • Manage all associates performance related information.
  • Build and maintain weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting metrics and deliver to onsite client and corporate office.
  • Build effective sources to attract applicants; conduct interviews; evaluate applicants; and improve organization attractiveness.
  • Follow client specific hiring requirements (drug screening, background checks, skills’ testing, etc.)
  • Audit new hire paperwork.
  • Conduct weekly payroll processing, Track attendance and occurrences of the staff
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations and counsel associates, when needed.
  • Coordinate with Eclipse IA’s Corporate departments regarding onsite unemployment claims & workers’ compensation claims/issues and conduct investigations, as needed.
  • Conduct weekly safety inspections of clients’ environments, Manage and enforce all safety policies and procedures of corporate and client.
  • Complete any additional duties/projects as assigned.
