Department Overview Secure Collateral Management (SCM), a Motorola Solutions company, is a full-service recovery operation dedicated to connecting lenders with repossession agents for efficient and compliant recoveries. Our technology is essential, but our people are the driving force behind our success. We are seeking an experienced Fee Administrator to serve as a crucial link in this process. You will leverage your expertise to actively collaborate with field agents and clients, accurately determining and processing necessary fees for account management. Your work will directly contribute to successful account management and SCM's overall mission.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or 2+ years of experience in one of the following: Fee Administration, Account Management, Accounting, Finance, P&L, Fee Reports, G-Suite, RDN, Recovery Connect, iBeam, Data Entry, Skip Tracing, Motorola Solutions, Repossessions, Lenders, or prior Military experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • All candidates must reside within commuting distance of the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with collateral repossession processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in the G-Suite environment is preferred.
  • Experience utilizing RDN, Recovery Connect (RC), and iBeam systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of agent fee requests, including processing, approving, and rejecting submissions.
  • Evaluate and respond to appeals regarding denied agent fee requests.
  • Serve as the primary point of communication with clients throughout the fee request process.
  • Generate and maintain accurate fee reports.
  • Ensure timely updates of designated accounts.
  • Communicate escalated issues to clients or supervisors as needed.
  • The Fee Administrator must be a decisive, persistent, and detail-oriented professional with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize critical tasks.
  • Maintain excellent standards for both written and verbal communication.
  • Promptly and accurately investigate and respond to all internal and external customer queries and emails.
  • Conduct occasional outgoing telephone calls to support departmental and business objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Effectively manage workload prioritization to meet established deadlines.
  • Exhibit a proactive and positive attitude when managing organizational change.
