These community associations are of all sizes, from small communities to large, master-planned communities. The Onsite Compliance Coordinator Assistant will assist the Compliance Coordinator Manager to conduct community inspections, documents and tracks violations, processes ARC/ACC submissions, and applies association governing documents while communicating effectively with homeowners and staff.

Requirements

  • Must have own vehicle, clean driving record, and be detail oriented.
  • Must have a high level of IT proficiency, be exceptionally organized, and possess strong time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask daily.
  • Be a team player.
  • Background screening and pre-employment drug screening are required.
  • The ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer, and printer.
  • Must be able to position oneself to maintain files in file cabinets
  • Must be able to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer.
  • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed.
  • Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies).
  • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment.
  • Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens.
  • Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings.
  • Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels.
  • Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required.

Nice To Haves

  • Ideal candidates will have an interest in studying the association's governing documents
  • Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, strong communicators, and be comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
  • Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit.
  • Assist Compliance Manager with processing all ARC/ACC submissions.
  • Apply the standards in the documents in real-life situations and tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software.
