Each branch proudly serves a diverse mix of single-family, townhome, and condominium communities. These community associations are of all sizes, from small communities to large, master-planned communities. Community Summary Crystal Falls is a residential community located in Leander, Texas, set among the scenic Texas Hill Country just north of Austin. Spanning approximately 3,000 acres, the community includes more than 3,600 homes across ten neighborhoods. The community is supported by a dedicated HOA management and maintenance team, along with a Lifestyle Coordinator and a calendar of community events that provide opportunities for residents to connect. Residents can enjoy two amenity centers, Quarry Park and The Grotto, featuring swimming pools, playscapes, and picnic areas. Quarry Park offers a junior Olympic swimming pool, children’s water features, a stocked fishing pond, an 18-hole disc golf course, and a multipurpose soccer field. The Grotto provides a relaxing setting with waterfalls, underwater seating, barbecue grills, a covered pavilion, and a sand volleyball court. Additional recreational opportunities include tennis, miles of walking trails, neighborhood parks, and an 18-hole public golf course with a clubhouse and restaurant. The Onsite Compliance & Administration Operations Manager conducts community inspections, documents and tracks violations, processes ARC/ACC submissions and applies association governing documents while communicating effectively with homeowners and staff.

Requirements

  • Must have own vehicle, clean driving record, and be detail oriented.
  • Must have a high level of IT proficiency, be exceptionally organized, and possess strong time management skills, as well as the ability to multitask daily.
  • Be a team player.
  • Background screening and pre-employment drug screening are required.
  • The ability to utilize technology is mandatory.
  • Must be able to operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, computer, and printer.
  • Must be able to position oneself to maintain files in file cabinets
  • Must be able to communicate information and ideas so that others will understand.
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.

Responsibilities

  • Drive their vehicle throughout the community to identify lots where violations of the governing documents exist
  • Use an iPad to document that violation for the purpose of communicating that violation to the owner and/or occupant of the unit.
  • Responsible for processing all ARC/ACC submissions.
  • Ideal candidates will have an interest in studying the association's governing documents, Apply the standards in the documents in real-life situations and tracking those violation notices with the aid of company software.
  • Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, strong communicators, and be comfortable working alone, with some interaction with homeowners and staff.
