This Full-Time Days ONPAC Call Agent position is within the BMDA ONPAC Department at the Baptist MD Anderson location in Jacksonville, FL. The role involves managing inbound calls in a fast-paced environment, entering patient information into a system, and interacting with clinics, physicians, and new patient coordinators. The ideal candidate should be dedicated, committed, compassionate, and empathetic, given the work at the MD Anderson Cancer Center.
Requirements
- Must be compassionate and have the ability to show empathy.
Responsibilities
- Managing inbound calls in a fast paced environment.
- Entering information in a system to track/transfer patients.
- Handling customer service inquiries from patients, providers, physicians and internal departments related to the cancer center activities and access to patient care.
- Assessing the callers needs and directs them to appropriate personnel and departments.
