Baptist Health is hiring for a Medical Records Coordinator for the ONPAC Department in Jacksonville, Florida. This is a full-time day position located at Baptist MD Anderson. Requirements

• High School Diploma Required

Nice To Haves

• 1-2 years Medical Records Experience Preferred
• 1-2 years Healthcare Experience Preferred

Responsibilities

• Collection, validation and delivery of new patient medical records for all new patients at Baptist MD Anderson Cancer Center.
• Gather, track and retrieve any and all pertinent and relevant prior medical records from both internal and external sources prior to the patient's first visit at BMDA Cancer Center.
