About The Position

Goodness Me! is hiring a part-time Online Support Team Member for Store Support, working out of their Waterloo location. This role is primarily responsible for picking and maintaining online sales e-commerce orders, requiring a high level of product and service knowledge. The position is for an existing vacancy.

Requirements

One year of experience in retail.
Proven sales ability with capability to meet and surpass targets and goals.
A high performer keen to take ownership and strive for excellence.
Great communication skills.
High degree of initiative and integrity.

Responsibilities

Picking orders and maintaining online sales e-commerce orders.
Maintaining a high level of product and service knowledge.
Check Orders for fraud, pending payment, etc.
Discuss Order issues with Manager and resolve those.
Pick orders.
Print Invoices, check products for code dates, qty, etc and match those to invoice.
Pack orders, print shipping labels.
Ship orders using shipping carrier as advised by Manager.
Print and process shipping documentation as required.
Process refunds to the customer as required.
Monitor Customer Service emails and phone calls.
Receive and stock shipping supplies.
Adapt communication style in order to deliver information effectively to a range of individuals.
