The Online Store Support are responsible for the sorting and selection of online appropriate items from the store product flow.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of popular items for sale second hand on the online market
  • Have organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Be reliable and work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Ability to be a vital part of a team as well as work individually
  • Exceptional analytical, judgment, decision-making and communications skills
  • Ability to read and interpret hard data and metrics.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as: addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages, and average.
  • Ability to navigate through multiple program screens and easily use a computer, keyboard, mouse, 10-key and touchscreen.
  • Self-motivated; resourceful, creative; high integrity; problem solver; looks to resolve issues; positive can-do approach; and ability to build effective working relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience selling items online preferred
  • Antique store experience and prior supervisory experience are all helpful in ensuring both product knowledge as well as indications of candidate’s ability to work in a non-supervisory role relying on peer partnerships and teamwork
  • Superior coaching, leadership and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build understanding and consensus
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Working with staff to ensure collectable, online appropriate items are sent to E-Sales weekly and for accurate tracking, packing and shipping of items
  • Requires basic computer and e-mail skills, collectables, apparel, and electronics product knowledge.
  • Work in congruence with teammates in order to meet store goals
