About The Position

The Online Sales Counselor is responsible for prospecting and delivering "sales ready" leads to the onsite sales team. This role involves responding to leads, qualifying prospects, providing follow-up, and managing marketing efforts to set appointments with Onsite Sales Agents. The counselor will also assist prospects in identifying suitable communities, utilize lead management software, and conduct research on competitors.

Requirements

  • Maintain an active Nevada Real Estate license.
  • Minimum of two years real estate experience.
  • Preferably in the custom home market or new home construction.
  • Marketing experience a plus.
  • Customer focused and personable.
  • Proven e-mail and phone communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computers, search engines, and online marketing avenues.
  • Sales contact management database experience.
  • Solid organizational, planning, and management skills.
  • Self-directed and able to maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision.
  • Motivated by commission.
  • Ability to manage 150-250 leads per month.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to all e-mail and phone leads immediately.
  • Qualify the leads based on needs.
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online prospects with the goal of setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Agent.
  • Provide information and marketing material to prospects.
  • Respond to the sales line and voicemail for leads.
  • Work with the prospect to determine the best community.
  • Utilize lead management software.
  • Manage and deliver ongoing e-mail campaigns.
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios.
  • Continually research the competition and their online activities.
  • Perform both virtual and in person broker presentations representing Blue Heron offerings.
  • Additional responsibilities as needed.
