About The Position
Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations. This position at Wolfpack Outfitters is dedicated to providing service excellence, value, and enrichment of the student experience in support of academic success. The purpose of this role is to provide vital support to Campus Enterprises by providing an excellent experience for all guests shopping at Wolfpack Outfitters. Students will start at Tier 2 at $12 per hour, with eligible students receiving longevity raises based on years of service within Campus Enterprises. This position is located at Wolfpack Outfitters in Talley Student Union. The work schedule is Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm, with weekend availability required, including August 15th & 16th (move-In weekend). This position starts on August 12th or 14th and goes until the end of August. Federal Work-Study is eligible.
Requirements
- Current NC State University student with a flexible schedule
- Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
- Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
- Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
- Attention to detail & organizational skills
- Computer knowledge
- Punctual
