About The Position

Campus Enterprises is NC State University’s division of retail and hospitality organizations. Wolfpack Outfitters is looking for an outgoing, detail-oriented candidate to work with our Apparel and Gifts Buyers. The assistant will support the buyers with inventory management, including vendor product review and item selection, purchase order entry and order management, returns management, POS system maintenance and markdowns, as well as product transfer to satellite operations. Duties will include sales floor merchandising, receiving and customer service support, assisting with merchandise catalog maintenance and event activities. Online Store catalog development, maintenance, and order fulfillment. Individuals must be organized and self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.

• Current NC State University Student with a flexible schedule
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, and customers
• Ability to provide exemplary customer service to every guest
• Ability to accurately handle a high volume of transactions quickly
• Ability to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Computer Knowledge
• Ability to be organized and punctual
