About The Position

This position is part of Nintendo of America’s eCommerce team and will provide support for the Nintendo Store. The role involves auditing the product catalog for accuracy, managing errors, executing merchandising plans, tracking bugs and enhancements, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining release calendars, performing content quality assurance, conducting basic QA testing, and handling miscellaneous operational tasks. The specialist will also be responsible for reporting and communicating updates on catalog accuracy, bug status, and merchandising progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience with online merchandising and/or ecommerce
  • Salesforce experience highly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline driven organization
  • Ability to work hybrid 3x a week (Tue/Wed/Thu) in Redmond, WA, during normal business hours

Responsibilities

  • Review product listings for accuracy, including descriptions, pricing, images, and other details.
  • Identify and document errors for correction.
  • Maintain a catalog of identified issues and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve inaccuracies promptly.
  • Support Nintendo Store app operations by implementing merchandising plans according to leadership specifications and submitting content for approval and publishing.
  • Monitor, follow up, and report on open bugs and enhancement tickets to ensure timely resolution.
  • Partner with product and planning teams to confirm product details, launch timelines, and warehouse arrival schedules.
  • Maintain and update release calendars to ensure visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Perform catalog touch-ups and triage minor content issues, such as missing images or incomplete copy, ensuring a polished customer experience.
  • Assist with quality assurance by reporting bugs and conducting preliminary testing to validate fixes.
  • Handle miscellaneous operational tasks as needed, including tracking copy through approval workflows and addressing ad hoc content gaps.
  • Provide regular updates on catalog accuracy, bug status, and merchandising progress to stakeholders.
