You will serve as a trusted legal partner to teams that support Apple Retail Stores, the Apple Store Online, the Apple Store App, and Retail Customer Care, supporting a diverse mix of initiatives and issues across the organization. Your work may span advising on new store programs, technologies, policies, and procedures; reviewing marketing materials; negotiating commercial agreements; redesigning customer experiences; supporting strategic business initiatives; launching promotions and events; handling executive consumer escalations; and navigating regulatory compliance and emerging legislation -- and that is just a snapshot.
