About The Position

We're looking for an energetic and empathetic Online Experience Guide to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first voice customers hear as they navigate the Recharged EV buying and selling journey — building genuine relationships over inbound and outbound calls, answering questions, and guiding them toward the right next step in their transaction. This is an entry level position with lots of room for growth.

Requirements

Experience in a customer service, retail, or call center role preferred
Interest in or willingness to learn about electric vehicles
Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, patient phone presence
Comfortable navigating multiple computer systems and learning new tools quickly
Strong attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive documentation
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

Build genuine relationships with customers, guiding them through their EV buying or selling journey with empathy and expertise via inbound/outbound calls and chat
Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment where new products and EV technology keep us ahead of the competition; staying current with product updates is part of the day-to-day
Actively listen to customer needs and use critical thinking to find effective solutions in real time
Review and verify customer documentation accurately and efficiently as part of casework
Deliver high-quality, professional interactions on every call.
