Requirements

• Valid Government Issued Photo ID
• Clean Criminal Record
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service while working with our customers to obtain repayment on their past due loans in a timely manner.
• Managing customer communications across all channels, such as email, chat, and phone
• Meet and exceed individual and departmental goals and performance requirements
• Participate and engage in team meetings and performance reviews
• Be a subject matter expert as it pertains to our products, processes and procedures
• Report to all shifts on-time and ready to work – reliable attendance is critical
• Being flexible and an agent of change
• Other duties as assigned
