About The Position

The Food Literacy Project is a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring individuals to make informed, responsible food choices that positively impact their health and the environment. We work to increase food literacy through educational programs, resources, and advocacy, empowering individuals and communities to live healthier, more sustainable lives. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Remote Online Chart Representative to support our data visualization and reporting needs. Position Overview: We are seeking a Remote Online Chart Representative to play a crucial role in managing, interpreting, and presenting data through online charts and reports. This individual will assist The Food Literacy Project team in visualizing complex data related to our educational programs, outreach efforts, and sustainability initiatives. In this fully remote position, you will work alongside various departments to create interactive charts, dashboards, and reports, ensuring that data is clearly presented and actionable. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proficient in data visualization tools, and passionate about supporting a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience in a data-related role or customer service, with a focus on charting or data visualization.
Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio, Excel, or similar).
Knowledge of data analysis and statistical techniques is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work independently in a remote setting.
Familiarity with remote communication tools (Zoom, Slack, etc.) and CRM software is a plus.
A passion for food literacy and sustainability is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Interpret and analyze data to create and update online charts, graphs, and visualizations.
Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports based on data insights and client needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to create interactive dashboards that reflect the goals and impact of our programs.
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and provide customized data-driven solutions.
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data presented in charts and visual reports.
Continuously monitor and improve charting methods and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Stay informed about industry trends, data visualization tools, and best practices.
Participate in team meetings, contributing to ongoing improvements and operational strategies.
