About The Position
Evolution is seeking a vivacious and engaging Online Casino Dealer to host iconic casino games like Blackjack, Poker, and Roulette. As our studios operate 24/7, you will rotate between day, evening, and overnight shifts from our state-of-the-art studio in Central Burnaby. This role involves interacting with unlimited virtual players, researching topics for conversation, and maintaining a positive and confident on-camera presence.
Requirements
- Age 19+
- Must be available and committed to working overnight shifts (11:00 PM to 7:00 AM), including weekends and public holidays.
- Must be comfortable with wearing light theatrical makeup, including foundation and blush, as part of the on-camera presentation.
- Fluent in Japanese, working knowledge of English
- NO experience required
Nice To Haves
- Customer service and hospitality experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically introduce players, the rules of the game and the winners
- Deal cards, spin a wheel, and announce winners
- Use quick and accurate handling of cards
- Research appropriate topics and trivia to discuss with the audience
- Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game
- Engage in friendly conversation, without offering your opinion (sports, music, and trivia facts)
- Be presentable and confident in front of the camera
- Always use a positive parting remark to end the game conversation
