About The Position

Assist in managing the day-to-day operational integrity of the online branch and ensure the branch operates within all banking laws and regulations. Provide leadership, motivation and direction to the online staff. Expand relationships with new and existing customers, teach customers to use advanced products such as online and mobile banking applications, and ensure the delivery of a quality experience within the branch.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Three years of branch operations management experience or equivalent
  • Detailed knowledge of banking procedures and regulations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the overall management of the online branch operations. Carry out supervisory responsibilities over wire transfers, account closeouts, site visits, documentation review, etc. in accordance with Bank policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop, train, coach and mentor online branch staff
  • Develop new business relationships, expand and retain existing ones.
  • Conduct business calls to existing and potential customers.
  • Assist Online Branch manager in developing and managing the sales process for the online branch.
  • Approve transactions, authorizations, exceptions and adjustments.
  • Deliver value to our customers by exhibiting excellence at all levels through streamlined, accurate and efficient service and operational performance.
  • Communicate product and service features and benefits in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Assure that all branch records, reports and operations are accurate and timely.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
