About The Position

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking online adjunct faculty for its Undergraduate Data Analytics program within Global Campus. The role involves engaging students in an asynchronous and inclusive learning environment by providing guidance, resources, instruction, and feedback within pre-developed online courses. The goal is to support students in achieving their learning and career objectives. This is a remote position available in all US States except California.

Requirements

Master's degree in Data Analytics/Data Science, Statistics, Business Analysis or Quantitative Studies
2+ years of relevant industry experience
Experience with R, Python, and PowerBI

Responsibilities

Engage students by responding within set timeframes and proactively reaching out to students needing additional support.
Recognize student needs holistically and connect them with resources.
Encourage participation, collaboration, and strong faculty-student relationships to enhance learning and build skills.
Stay current in your field of expertise, share your experience, and recommend relevant supplementary materials to enhance student understanding of course content.
Find accessible ways to explain complex topics.
Evaluate student work and provide individualized, constructive feedback within set timeframes to promote growth and mastery of course outcomes.
Encourage student interaction through active participation in online discussions while fostering an inclusive, engaging, and respectful environment that promotes open dialogue and diverse perspectives.
