About The Position

Guidehouse is currently seeking a qualified OneStream Senior Developer to support Guidehouse's Defense & Security Segment. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Lead end-to end design, development, configuration, and deployment of OneStream applications that focus on financial close, financial reconciliation, and payroll management. Develop and maintain OneStream Business Rules, Dashboards, Cube Views, Workflow configurations, and reporting solutions. Conduct thorough analysis, mapping, migration, and validation of legacy Excel and Access data into OneStream applications while ensuring data integrity and reconciliation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, prioritize features, and manage delivery of scalable solutions that enhance transparency and efficiency. Lead OneStream system testing, deployments, troubleshooting, and ongoing production support. Ensure all OneStream applications adhere to federal financial management standards, audit readiness requirements, and applicable compliance frameworks. Lead technical workstreams and drive design decisions. Mentor and guide junior developers and manage client relationships. Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage backlog refinement, estimate development efforts and coordinate iterative development cycles to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, finance, accounting, data analytics, information systems, or a related field.
  • TEN (10) years of enterprise application development and implementation with deep expertise in solution design, performance optimization, integration, and complex business rule development.
  • FIVE (5) years of hands-on OneStream configuration and end-to-end implementation ownership.
  • OneStream Certified Associate (OCA) certification.

Nice To Haves

  • OneStream Certified Lead Architect.
  • Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe).
  • Experience integrating OneStream with SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with API integrations and automation solutions and knowledge of ETL tools and data warehousing concepts.
  • Knowledge of GL accounting, financial close and consolidation processes, payroll accounting and accruals, account reconciliations, journal entries and reclassifications, and retroactive and corrective adjustments.
  • Understanding of federal financial management processes, audit readiness requirements, and compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Experience serving as a functional and technical lead for enterprise application initiatives and can lead workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Ability to mentor junior developers, business analysts, and business users.
