OneStream Administrator
About The Position
As our OneStream Administrator, you will serve as the primary administrator and internal expert for SJE's OneStream Corporate Performance Management platform. You will manage its configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, user access, maintenance, and documentation. You will also lead upgrades, patches, enhancements, new module implementations, and performance improvements. You will partner with Accounting on consolidations, eliminations, reporting structures, and financial close processes while ensuring data integrity across connected systems. You will also support budgeting, forecasting, planning, dashboards, reporting automation, training, and user support. As part of a collaborative, cross-functional team, you will work with Finance, Accounting, IT, business users, and external consultants while independently managing priorities and translating business requirements into scalable solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience with OneStream administration, including configuration, security, metadata, dimensions, workflows, business rules, and application maintenance.
- Demonstrated experience with OneStream upgrades, patches, enhancements, and new module implementations.
- Demonstrated experience with integrations between OneStream and ERP, data warehouse, or other enterprise systems.
- Demonstrated experience with financial consolidation, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, planning, and close processes.
- Demonstrated experience with system and data troubleshooting, reporting automation, data quality, and end-user support.
- Demonstrated experience with cross-functional teamwork, independent priority management, and translating business needs into practical system solutions.
