About The Position

Mr. Handyman of East Nashville & Hendersonville is seeking an experienced subcontractor or installation crew to install one-day baths, walk-in showers, and tub-to-shower conversions. We are a local, family-owned business looking for a dependable installation partner who takes pride in quality work, treats customers with respect, and leaves every home clean. The scope of work includes removing existing tubs, showers, surrounds, and related materials; installing shower bases, tubs, acrylic or solid-surface wall panels, trim, and accessories; preparing walls and making necessary framing or backing repairs; installing shower doors and completing proper sealing and waterproofing; coordinating plumbing work; protecting the customer's home, hauling away debris, and leaving the bathroom ready to use; documenting progress with photos and communicating unexpected conditions; and completing installations within the agreed schedule, including one-day completion when possible.

Requirements

Proven experience installing one-day bath systems and tub-to-shower conversions.
Strong attention to detail, especially with measurements, waterproofing, panel fitting, and finish work.
Your own tools, reliable transportation, and ability to transport installation materials.
General liability insurance and any licenses or coverage required for your scope of work.
Professional communication and a respectful approach with homeowners.
Photos of completed projects and references.
Ability to address installation-related punch-list or callback items.

Nice To Haves

Experience with acrylic surrounds, solid-surface shower systems, and shower doors is a strong plus.

Responsibilities
