About The Position

This role is for an Oncology Sales Specialist covering the AZ/NM area for a publicly traded, multibillion-dollar leader in oncology/diagnostic testing. The position involves calling on oncology and pathology groups, prospecting and landing new oncology practices, and growing and retaining key accounts. The specialist will lead consultative selling, clinical education/in-services, and pipeline management, while also providing market intelligence on competitors, products, and local dynamics.

Requirements

  • Oncology or diagnostic pathology background
  • 5+ years clinical/lab sales with consistent quota attainment
  • Executive-level selling skills; organized, self-directed
  • Bachelors degree

Responsibilities

  • Call on oncology and pathology groups across the territory (majority provider-facing).
  • Prospect and land new oncology practices; grow and retain key accounts.
  • Lead consultative selling, clinical education/in-services, and pipeline management.
  • Provide market intel on competitors, products, and local dynamics.

Benefits

  • OTE $235–270k
  • Base $120–140k (targeting $140k)
  • Uncapped commissions (~ $135k at plan) paid monthly
