About The Position

Concierge Home Care is seeking an Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) for their Home Hospital Oncology program in Jacksonville, FL. This role offers nurses the opportunity to provide higher-acuity skilled nursing care to oncology patients in their homes, focusing on recovery, treatment adherence, and patient education. The program emphasizes a greater work-life balance with a Monday-Friday schedule, no hospital floor shifts or overnight rotations, and more meaningful one-on-one patient care. The company utilizes AI-assisted charting tools and the WellSky/Kinnser EMR to streamline documentation, allowing nurses to finish their day sooner. Requirements

• Active, unencumbered Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
• AHCA Level 2 background screening may be required

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care plans
• Administer specialized oncology treatments and medications
• Perform port access and IV therapy/maintenance
• Perform lab draws and medication administration
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate updates to physicians
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and symptom management
• Support post-surgical recovery and treatment adherence
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document visits efficiently using AI-assisted EMR tools
