About The Position

We are seeking a Specialty Pharmacy Oncology Supervisor - Key Accounts to oversee specialty oncology pharmacy operations and clinical services while ensuring exceptional patient outcomes and outstanding service for key healthcare partners. This role involves leading and supervising a team of oncology-focused pharmacy technicians, collaborating with healthcare providers, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing key account relationships, and driving operational excellence.

Requirements

• Pharmacy Technician Degree and active pharmacy license.
• Minimum of 2 years of pharmacy experience.
• Strong knowledge of oncology medications and treatment regimens.
• Proven leadership experience in team supervision and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Nice To Haves

• Oncology experience strongly preferred.
• CPR+ software proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of oncology-focused pharmacy technicians.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans and patient outcomes.
