About The Position
As a Registered Nurse in the Oncology unit at Riddle Hospital, you will be an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team, providing care and treatment to an adult oncology patient population. This role offers opportunities to make an impact on patient experience and become involved in hospital and system-wide initiatives such as Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program. Requirements
- RN Diploma, ASN required.
- PA RN license OR a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact.
- Chemo Certification, required
Nice To Haves
- 2 plus year(s) of recent Oncology Infusion experience, preferred
- BSN preferred.
- Provider BLS (American Heart Assoc/American Red Cross) preferred.
Responsibilities
- Caring for an adult oncology patient population.
- Being an integral part of the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Joining hospital & system-wide Nursing Committees, Unit Councils, evidence-based research projects, precepting new staff, and pursuing the Clinical Ladder program.
