About The Position
Carle Health is seeking an additional Oncology Advanced Practice Provider with a primary focus on breast to join our growing Oncology practice in Peoria, Illinois. Our established practice includes comprehensive Supportive Care services available to patients, including Navigation, Social Work, Counseling and Nutrition. Carle Health Methodist Hospital is a 349-bed Level II Trauma Center that has been ranked #23 in the state of Illinois for patient outcomes. This is a part-time position within a fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant.
- Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse licensure / physician assistant licensure.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced practice provider care with a primary focus on breast oncology.
- Collaborate with a comprehensive Supportive Care team including Navigation, Social Work, Counseling, and Nutrition.
- Utilize Epic EMR for care coordination within a fully integrated system.
