Provides specialty-specific advanced practice services in medical oncology, hematology, benign hematology, infusion medicine, survivorship, supportive oncology, and inpatient oncology settings as assigned by the department. Performs independent evaluation of new benign hematology referrals, including comprehensive assessment, ordering and interpretation of diagnostic studies, development of treatment plans, and longitudinal patient management within established collaborative practice guidelines. Provides ongoing management and follow-up care for designated benign hematology patient populations, ensuring continuity of care across the diagnostic, treatment, and surveillance continuum. Participates in the development and implementation of evidence-based referral protocols, diagnostic pathways, and treatment algorithms for benign hematologic disorders.
