POSITION SUMMARY: The OnCall Application Analyst is responsible for working closely with business operations to implement and enhance technology solutions supporting OnCall services. Acting as the subject matter expert for key applications, this role oversees the full implementation process, ensuring that systems are optimized to meet operational needs. The Analyst will evaluate, design, configure, and troubleshoot software applications, ensuring seamless integration and performance. They will also collaborate with stakeholders, manage vendor relationships, and translate technical concepts into actionable insights for operational teams. Additional responsibilities include developing documentation for system design, testing, and training, while maintaining customer expectations to improve service quality across the organization. Will be required to attend classes as specified by Vendor. Top candidates will be considered that have experience integrating Genesys (or comparable CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms.
