Onboarding Staff Accountants are the foundational role of our Onboarding team, the work they do supports Aduro’s newest clients and their broader team’s success. The Onboarding Staff Accountant is part of the Onboarding client service team that supports an ever-changing set of Aduro’s newest clients. This role focuses on the core data and entry-level accounting work of each client engagement. Onboarding Staff Accountants at Aduro start with the building blocks of tasks such as quarterly reporting or capital calls and work towards full ownership over time. This is a multifaceted role in that you need to be able to play the role of preparer while adapting to the needs of the clients daily.
