About The Position

Tulley Automotive Group, a family-owned business since 1957, is seeking a high-energy Onboarding Specialist to manage the candidate experience and hiring process. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills who wants to build a career in HR. The position offers a hybrid HR role combining recruitment and operations, with exposure to payroll, benefits, and the automotive industry.

  • Comfortable traveling between local sites.
  • Active Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Conduct screenings, background checks, and eligibility verification.
  • Manage the orientation process, including system setup for new hires and leading their first day.
  • Ensure new hires have the necessary tools and training (safety, compliance, culture) for success.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits processing.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Provide backup support across multiple locations.
  • Act as a resource for policy questions.
  • Help maintain workplace integrity and enthusiasm.
