The position offers a hybrid HR role combining recruitment and operations, with exposure to payroll, benefits, and the automotive industry.

Requirements

Comfortable traveling between local sites.
Active Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Partner with managers to identify staffing needs and manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Conduct screenings, background checks, and eligibility verification.
Manage the orientation process, including system setup for new hires and leading their first day.
Ensure new hires have the necessary tools and training (safety, compliance, culture) for success.
Assist with payroll and benefits processing.
Maintain employee records.
Provide backup support across multiple locations.
Act as a resource for policy questions.
Help maintain workplace integrity and enthusiasm.
