You're the guardian of our candidates' medical records and badges. Compliance Champion: Make sure our new hires meet all necessary requirements on time. Stay on top of credentialing information and maintain medical records for our hospital and vendor accounts. Ace Customer Service: Deliver top-notch internal customer service to our field teams, including district managers and photographers. Communication Pro: Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, internal teams, leadership, and hospital contacts. Your ability to articulate information is key. Paperwork Guru: Handle all new hire paperwork efficiently and accurately. You'll master our systems and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws. Policy Expert: Familiarize yourself with company policies outlined in the Photographer Employee Handbook. You'll be the go-to person for policy-related questions.
