About The Position

When a new client signs on with Shegerian & Associates, they're trusting us with one of the hardest moments of their working life. Your job is to make sure that trust is met with order, clarity, and care from day one. As our Onboarding Specialist, you're the one who turns "we'll take your case" into a fully built file ready for the team to fight. We're California's premier plaintiff-side employment law firm, and we're looking for someone who treats the details like they matter, because they do.

Requirements

• Meticulous by default, details don't escape you, and follow-through is just how you operate
• Stay calm and professional with clients who may be anxious or overwhelmed
• Communicate clearly and warmly, in writing and on the phone
• Can juggle multiple cases without dropping a single thread
• Take ownership and bring a proactive mindset, you don't wait to be told what's next
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking abilities with meticulous follow-up
• Professionalism and a clear commitment to excellence

Nice To Haves

• Fluency in Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Build case files from the ground up, organizing every document so nothing slips and nothing slows the team down
• Guide new clients through document retention, form completion, and the small-but-critical paperwork moments that lay the foundation of a case
• Keep case lists, trackers, and timelines current, your updates are what the rest of the firm runs on
• Close the loop on every task, every time, so cases move without friction
