Onboarding Specialist
About The Position
We have an exciting opportunity for an Onboarding Specialist for the Digital Brand Services Pricing & Invoicing team. The Onboarding Specialist will work directly with the global DBS Sales team to accurately onboard new customers to DBS as well as new products & services to existing DBS customers. This includes validation of all onboarding requirements, customer set up in Customer Master, uploading pricing into the DBS billing system (ETP) and coordinating onboarding instructions for the Service team. The Pricing & Invoicing Team is responsible for onboarding of new Digital Brand Services customers, accurate pricing set up in ETP, maintenance of ETP price lists, as well as creation & maintenance of ETP selling units and vendor costs. The team provides pricing & invoicing support to the sales, account management and client service partner teams.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated advanced Excel skills required (pivot tables, vlookups, ASAP Utilities)
- Problem-solving skills
- Strong time management, research & analytical skills
- Proven track record of achievement and strong performance
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and via email
- Ability to work independently and function as part of a team, and across teams
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- A history of detail-oriented, multi-tasking in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- Accurate account set up in Customer Master
- Update Onboarding Requirements with product managers
- Collaboration with Sales Enablement team
- ServiceNow ticket processing
- Create pricing matrices for existing accounts
- Upload client specific and project pricing
- Onboarding and pricing research
- Work with Atlas Development team for testing & system enhancements
- Identify and implement process & system improvements
- Maintain and/or create process documentation
- Special Projects and analysis as needed
