With direct supervision, this role provides assistance to the operations department by providing clerical and administrative support. This role will own and coordinate the new hire onboarding program, including Day 1 orientation, safety training, company policies, and department handoff. It will partner with supervisors and leaders to coordinate department-specific onboarding and support 30/60/90-day check-in schedules. The role will also schedule and track required training across the business unit, including safety, compliance, skills development, and others as needed.
