About The Position

Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in senior care or home health (experience across all levels of care required).
• Ability to travel regularly between our Racine and Milwaukee office locations, as well as to client homes across the region.
• Valid Driver’s License, reliable personal vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Strong communication skills, comfort speaking in front of small groups, and basic computer proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Email).
• Willingness to provide direct caregiving in the field on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging orientation sessions for new hires and create custom PowerPoint presentations for onboarding and ongoing training modules.
• Conduct specialized training sessions, including: Senior Gems® Dementia & Alzheimer’s Care, Hoyer Lift & Transfer Techniques, CPR Certification & Safety Protocols.
• Conduct hands-on shadow training in client homes, providing warm introductions between caregivers and seniors to ensure a smooth transition.
• Step in to fill caregiving shifts in the field across all levels of care when urgent coverage is needed.
