HR Onboarding Coordinator Position Overview The HR Onboarding Coordinator is responsible for creating a positive and seamless onboarding experience for new team members. This role manages the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the first 30 days of employment, including orientation coordination, communication with new hires, and collaboration with recruiters and hiring managers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to ensure a welcoming and efficient transition for all new team members.
