About The Position
Westmark Enterprises/Kendall Hunt Publishing is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to join our IT Department. This role will provide setup, training, and support for new customers using our digital products. The position is based in our home office in Dubuque, Iowa. Westmark Enterprises is a support organization that provides various support functions for its affiliated companies, including Kendall Hunt Publishing.
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or tech school; OR six months to a year related experience/trainings; or a combination of both.
- Excellent customer service experience and communication abilities.
- Technical IT background.
- Eagerness to help solve problems and apply principles of logical or scientific thinking.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup of new products, including setting up LTI integrations and configuring/customizing to customer preference.
- Provide customer support during the early implementation process, transitioning customers from the Onboarding team to the Tech Support team.
- Perform quality assurance and run tests on newly released browsers or operating systems.
- Create documentation for new products.
- Host training sessions and webinars via Zoom.
